Our Call Centre operators are trained to handle your service requests smoothly and efficiently. Service jobs are allocated to the nearest available resource ensuring the job is done when you require it to be done.

All our service technicians have completed a minimum of a 4 year apprenticeship with many going on to complete post trade qualifications. In addition to our normal technicians we have specialists in the area’s of Safes, Electronic Security, Automotive , high security MasterKey systems.
